Educational Qualification: Full-time Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Banking.
2. Name of Post: Assistant Branch Head
No. of Posts: 130
Educational Qualification: Full-time Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: At least 6 years of retail banking experience and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
3. Name of Post: Single Window Operator

Experience: Minimum 12 years experience in Banking and at least 3 years in other Banks as Cluster/Zonal/Area/Region Head or equivalent. Will be responsible for looking after at least 20 bank branch offices and around 200 staff members. Will be responsible for overall business development (both asset and liability), recovery and NPA management as well as people management.
7. Name of Post: Cluster Business Manager

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Sales / Branch Operations. Should have excellent knowledge of banking products and processes with experience in handling the team. Quality of leadership will be given priority in leading a team of 75-100 staff members.
