What is ICMR?
ICMR- Regional Medical Research Centre, NE, Dibrugarh is one of the 26 permanent institutes of the Indian Council of Medical Research. The center was established in the year 1982 on the 12th day of July. It covers the eight most remote and least developed states of the North-Eastern region of India and is responsible for conducting biomedical research in the region and runs with an intramural grant from ICMR. and external ad-hoc projects from various funding agencies.

Or M.Tech in Data Sciences/Data Analytics/Health Informatics/Biomedical informatics with 3 (three) years of relevant research, teaching, design, and development experience with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Desirable: The candidates with demonstrable experience in the following are desirable:- (i) Proficiency in Scientific writing (ii) Good quality publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals. (iii) Data analysis and statistical modeling. (iv) Knowledge of coding and programming languages (like ‘R’). It is further desirable that the above qualifications & experiences were acquired while handling biological (especially health-related) data.
